Proprietor was very welcoming & helpful. Nice breakfast. Good value for the money.
Ensuite facilites rather cramped & cupboard-like. However, partly made up for by bathroom down the hall.
Very cleanroom, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast.
The service was excellent and the staff very obliging, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, just a shame we were only there for just a short time they were so corteous and accomodating.
Nothing particular to like, but equally nothing to dislike. Got what I expected.
Breakfast restricted to a one hour slot and for Weekends starting at 08.30 too late
On arrival we were met and shown to our room by a very polite member of staff. The room was recently refurbished and was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and served by friendly efficient staff. The hotel position was only a short walk from the town centre with parking on site. Good value all round
Toilet seat broken but still useable reported to reception. The shower was not hot enough pointing to a failing thermostat cartridge easy enough to rectify
Friendly staff, reasonable rate, cornish breakfast was good, room was okay.
Shower mat was black from mildew (or something like that) from the under side. After we turned it around and placed it out of the shower it was unchanged replaced into the shower for the 2nd night. The flushing of the toilet did not work reproducably. The warm water supply of the shower was a little bit strange but operable in the end.
Excellent breakfasts. Friendliness and availability of the staff - always there to give information and help if necessary.
Good parking, a light airy room and good location for the town . All staff friendly and helpful.
Lack of a restaurant for evening meals.
Obviously on a main road it was noisy at night. Had thought it was in it's own grounds, as photo was taken from the park! Would have prefered somewhere quieter
Breakfast, the only meal available, was superb
room of very poor standard. en-suite facilities poor and out dated. electric shower was not great and there was a lot of noise from the water main when other people were using water. Bedding was old and even the beds valance was 6 inches shy of the floor. Modernisation is taking place but I think £95 for the room was over priced. Web site very misleading!!
The staff are very helpful and friendly
The hotel needs refurbishment. Our bathroom had substantial mould
The room was spacious and clean , The staff were friendly, The Breakfast was cooked while we waited everything fresh Bacon was the best we had tasted in a long time, The location was in walking distance of many good restaurants. Our room overlooked the park.
Breakfast tables near the windows were not being cleared and reset for those who prefer to eat later but expected to sit on tables which were not used.
AAquiet small hotel in a good looking victorian building. We had a recently renovated room looking out over a well maintained park. With on site parking ideally situated for local touring & with many good places to eat in Falmouth.
